Founder and Pilates & Yoga Teacher at Eco Movement WA
Originally born in London, UK I moved to Perth in 2015 after I fell in love with the state on holiday.
My passion for Pilates began shortly after the sea change when I immediately noticed the benefits in myself both mentally and physically. I discovered that incorporating Pilates into my routine perfectly complemented my decade-long practice of Yoga.
One of my main goals in life is to try and make a positive difference in people's lives, to care for the earth, people and animals which inhabit it.
It all sounds very hippy dippy, i know... But I wanted to spread the message and create this movement to try and make a difference to others - while looking after the earth around us.
My full time job is helping vulnerable adults who have unfortunately found themselves homeless, outside of my occupation I strive to help people move their bodies in a way that benefits their mental and physical wellbeing.
